How the Process Works:
The body is transported from its place to our own morgue.
Disinfection of the corpse is done by the pathologist.
As standard the coffin has a walnut exterior and galvanized interior.
After the cleaning procedure, the body is placed in a special bag and laid in the coffin.
The coffin closes leak-tight. Then the seals of the consulate and the municipality are placed.
Family members of the deceased and the consulate are notified.
All documents are prepared and translated in the language of the destination country.
A bill of lading (flight ticket) invoice is received.
Upon requests such as a special coffin, body dressing and religious ceremonies can be performed.
Special documents are prepared and export procedures are carried out.
Ukraine visas (visas are normally prepared urgently) can be obtained through our company.
All documents must be prepared in accordance with the regulations and customs legislation.
There are 18 air-conditioned hearse vehicles, a funeral washing unit, a private morgue, and services are provided in accordance with the standards of the international health organization and the international air transport association.
A body bag is used to prevent the appearance of the body from being disturbed when the coffin is opened in the destination country.
